Q.   Who is your target market?

A.     We look to work with high net worth individuals, small businesses, and non-profit organizations interested in investing in publicly-traded          equity securities of U.S.-based companies. We consult directly with clients and coordinate with their other trusted advisors.

Q.   Do you limit your services to equity investing in the Wisdom 20 process?

A.      While we believe our greatest value to our clients is investing their money in our Wisdom 20 equity portfolio, we also work with clients          to review and evaluate their overall financial outlook. Through our relationship with Charles Schwab & Co., we can execute financial                  transactions for clients in a multitude of asset classes including fixed income securities, mutual funds and ETFs among others.

Q.   Can you describe the Wisdom 20 process more completely, including the results of your back-testing?

A.      We would be happy to provide a thorough review of our Wisdom 20 process including stock screening and selection, buy and sell                    disciplines, and back-tested results through a personal meeting.

Q.   How do I initiate a relationship with Wisdom Investment Strategies?

A.     Contact us by email or phone to set up an introductory meeting to discuss your investment needs and how we can assist you (see the           Contact tab on this website).

Q.  What do I need to provide to establish an account with your firm?

A.     We provide all necessary forms to open an account(s) and to transfer your assets into the new account(s).  We will also provide you             with our Discretionary Management Agreement which explains all aspects of your relationship with our firm.  When all documents are             received and the assets are transferred, we will begin to invest the assets at a mutually agreed upon pace.  Our Senior Registered Sales           Assistant will help you with this process.

Q.   Where will my assets be held?

A.     Your assets will be held at Charles Schwab & Co., our preferred custodian and largest in the U.S., or an alternative custodian of your choice. We do not request or require Power of Attorney and therefore we do not have the ability to move funds in and out of the account. Your relationship with the custodian is independent of your relationship with our firm and you will receive a record of all account activity from your custodian. Funds could be moved in and out of the account only at your discretion and with your specific direction to the custodian.

Q.  Who is my contact at your firm?

A.     You will be advised and have direct access to one of the managing members of the firm. The service would include an evaluation of your     account sent to you at least quarterly and a consultation in person no less than once per year. Of course, you would have access to both         managing members at any time via email or phone and we welcome you to visit us at our office.
